Student Support Services Program

Develop. Achieve. Graduate

Student Support Services is a federally funded college academic assistance program (TRiO) that has been at Washington State University since 2001. Its purpose is to assist 160 eligible students per year by providing the academic assistance each student needs to help meet their educational goals. Our mission is to serve students who can benefit most from the services the program provides. There is no cost for our services. Currently there are over 900 SSS programs across the nation.

Although each program is different, we all have the same purpose: to retain and graduate the students we serve. As an SSS participant, we will offer you quality service at all times. We will listen, help you find answers to your questions, treat you with courtesy and respect, and address your needs in a timely manner. We will also refer you to other services on campus that might be useful in meeting your needs.

Apply online using the Student Support Services online application or drop by and visit us in Lighty 260X to fill out the application in person.
